Although I'm early in my therapy journey, my experience so far has been very positive. My therapist is professional, empathetic, and attentive. She makes it easy to open up, and I feel supported from the very beginning.
I cannot recommend Loretta highly enough. I have seen her for both individual and couples therapy and her approach is exceptional. It took years for me to finally make the decision to seek therapy services. I had so many reservations about sharing personal details about my life with a stranger. From the moment I spoke to Loretta she put my mind at ease. Instead of making me feel like I was pouring my heart out to a cold clinician, sessions with her feel like chatting with my childhood friend. She has great insight and remains attentive and thoughtful through out each session. She allows me to steer the direction of the conversation while still being able to keep me on task which is no small feat. I am not easily impressed, but I have to say that n this instance I was beyond pleasantly surprised. I have been utilizing her services for the last few months and the amount of progress she has helped me make in this short time leaves me excited and hopeful to see what is ahead. That actually sums it up. Having Loretta as my therapist has helped restore hope and gives me something to look forward to each week.
